The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have snapped a three game losing streak in fine style with a 28 points to 6 victory over the Gold Coast Titans at Suncorp Stadium.

The Bulldogs controlled the match throughout after two Frank Pritchard tries in the opening seven minutes of play got them off to a flying start in their relocated home game.

However the match will probably be more remembered for the Titans being denied eight tries in total six by the video referee and two by on field officials Ashley Klein and Tony De Las Heras.

But while luck may have run against the Titans, it was with the Bulldogs as they ran away with their first win since round seven.

Looking to atone for a less than characteristic attacking performance against the Raiders seven days prior the Bulldogs were on the front foot from the outset and were rewarded with two Pritchard tries inside eight minutes

The first was pure determination, with the big Kiwi stretching out to plant the ball on the line. Steve Turner's conversion gave the Bulldogs a six-nil lead after four minutes.

Spreading and running the ball with purpose, Pritchard had an easier time of it three minutes later when he scored off the end of a worked play to make it 12-nil.

The Titans thought they had their first soon after, with Mark Minichiello denied by the video referee, who ruled he'd dropped the ball in the process of scoring.

It became something of a theme for the Titans over coming minutes, with Michael Henderson also denied by the video referee while Scott Prince was held up and Preston Campbell dropped the ball over the line.

In the end Titans Luke O'Dwyer, Ryan James, Matt Srama and Greg Bird would all be rightfully denied by the man upstairs over the course of the match.

Down the other end the Dogs had the Titans in all sorts of another kind, with Steve Michaels leaving the field after a heavy tackle that resulted in Trent Hodkinson being put on report.

Later in the match Michael Ennis and Corey Payne were also put on report for high shots.

Then William Zillman was crunched in a tackle by Bryson Goodwin, seeing him also leave the field in a dazed state.

The Titans dived on the ball in an offside position and Turner potted the two to make it 14-nil, before adding another two on half time to make it 16-nil at the break.

The Dogs started the second the way they did the first with Ben Barba cutting the defence to shreds soon after the resumption.

The fullback then laid on the Dogs third four pointer, with a perfectly weighted grubber kick into the corner finding Turner who touched down to make it 20-nil.

The Bulldogs had it well and truly sewn up with 12 minutes to go when Bryson Goodwin and Josh Morris wound back the clock down the left flank, combining to put Morris away for a try and a 26-nil lead.

Scott Prince finally got the Titans on the board with a converted try with five minutes to go, while the scoring was complete with Turner kicking a penalty goal on the bell his sixth goal of the match to take his personal tally for the night to 16 points in a 28-6 victory.

The Bulldogs next encounter is against the high flying Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles at home at ANZ Stadium next Saturday.
