Dayne Neirinckx joined the Bulldogs in 2003 as a centre.

Dayne became a regular member of the Premier League team and received the opportunity to play in the NRL when Nigel Vagana was injured. He returned to the Premier League to play in the Preliminary Final against Penrith.

In 2004, Dayne started the season in the Premier League but missed half of the season with injury.
