Tuipulotu Katoa, a local junior from the Chester Hill Hornets club is the brother of Cronulla Sharks winger Sione.
A talented outside back with great speed and balance, in 2019 spent time with the club’s Canterbury Cup and Jersey Flegg teams.
He represented NSW 20s in 2019 and was a member of the Tongan World Nines squad.
In round 20 of the 2020 NRL season Tuipulotu made his debut for the Bulldogs against the Penrith Panthers, coming off the bench for 55 minutes in a 42–0 loss.
Tuipulotu made a total of 11 appearances for Canterbury in the 2021 NRL season as the club finished last and claimed the Wooden Spoon.
In 2022, Tuipulotu played for the Mounties in the NSW Cup.
In 2023, he signed for the Sydney Roosters but made no appearances for the first grade team. Instead he played for the clubs feeder side North Sydney in the NSW Cup.
