Solomon Haumono played 37 games for Manly from 1994 to 1996 as a prop forward.

Solomon played for Manly in the 1995 Grand Final against Canterbury as a replacement.

In 1997, Solomon joined Canterbury and started the season in the second row and was a regular member of the first grade team. He played in 3 Tri-Series matches for NSW and played in one Test for Australia. Solomon also played in the 1997 Preliminary Semi-Final against Penrith.

In 1998, Solomon started the season in reserve grade due to a late start to training and after regaining a position on the first grade bench, departed the club mid-season. He returned to play in reserve grade for the remainder of the season.

In 1999, Solomon joined Balmain to play eight games that season.

In 2000, Solomon joined St George Illawarra to play two games before retiring mid-season.

In 2003, Solomon joined Manly to play 37 games before joining the London Broncos.
