Scott Bennett played 27 games for Easts (Roosters) from 1984 to 1986 as a winger.
Scott joined Canterbury in 1987 starting the season in first grade against North Sydney. He was relegated for Sandy Campbell and became a regular member of the reserve grade team. Scott played in the Preliminary Semi-Final against Easts (Roosters).
In 1988, Scott was a regular member of the reserve grade team but was injured before the end of the season.
