Peter Davies played three games for South Sydney in 1985 as a centre.

Peter joined Balmain in 1987 to play six games in first grade.

He joined Canterbury in 1988 to become a regular member in reserve grade team before receiving the opportunity to play first grade against Illawarra as a replacement.

In 1989, Peter started the season late and finished the season as a regular member of the reserve grade team.
