Paul Hassab joined Canterbury in 1964 as a second row forward.
He was selected in first grade at the start of the season against Parramatta but was relegated mid-season to allow Don Hobson into first grade.
In 1965, Paul returned to first grade when Don Hobson was injured and maintained his position throughout the season.
