Ken Dawson played 34 games for Easts (Roosters) from 1956 to 1959 as a prop forward.
He joined Canterbury in 1961 and after starting in reserve grade, he became a regular in first grade when Col Oates was relegated.
Ken was a regular member of the first grade team for four seasons.
In 2004, Ken was nominated for the Berries to Bulldogs 70 Year Team of Champions.
Ken passed away in January 2017.
