Keith Glen played five games for St George between 1961 and 1963 as a prop forward.
He joined Canterbury in 1964 and started the season in reserve grade before receiving the opportunity to play first grade against Manly when Ken Dawson was injured. He was then able to secure a position in first grade.
In 1965, Keith continued as a regular member of the first grade team. Once again he was apart of the side at the beginning of 1966 before he was relegated to reserve grade for Bruce McKinney.
Keith passed away in February 2017.
