Jamie Feeney joined Canterbury in 1997 as a second row forward.
Jamie was a regular member of the Under 19 team and played in the Preliminary Final against Penrith.
In 1998, Jamie started the season in reserve grade and became a regular member of the team. He played in the Premiership winning team against Parramatta.
In 1999, Jamie started the season in reserve grade and received the opportunity to play in the NRL against the Warriors when Bradley Clyde was injured. He returned to reserve grade to play in the Qualifying Semi-Final against Balmain but missed the Semi-Final due to injury.
In 2000, Jamie started the season in the NRL and became a regular member of the team.
In 2001, Jamie played in every NRL game including the Semi-Final against Cronulla.
In 2002, Jamie played every NRL game and represented Country Origin.
In 2003, his sequence of consecutive NRL games ended with 70 games due to an injury. He was a regular member of the team but was relegated for Andrew Ryan for the finals. Jamie played in the Premier League Preliminary Final against Penrith.
In 2004, Jamie started the season in the NRL but was relegated mid-season for Braith Anasta. He played in the Premier League Qualifying Semi-Final against the Roosters and did not take part in the 16-13 NRL Grand Final win over the Roosters.
In 2004, Jamie was nominated for the Berries to Bulldogs 70 Year Team of Champions.
In 2005, Jamie joined Melbourne to play 20 NRL games from 2005 to 2006. He retired at the end of 2006.
In 2007, Jamie was appointed coach of the newly formed Central Coast Storm Jersey Flegg team. In his role Jamie oversaw the fitness and conditioning of the Harold Matthews and SG Ball junior programs.
In 2019, Jamie was awarded Life Membership of the Football
Club.
Jamie is currently on the Bulldogs Ambassadors Club Committee.
