Jack O'Sullivan was captain of the 1931 Canterbury Bankstown team that won the Presidents Cup competition in the junior league.
Jack joined the club in the inaugural season and played his opening game in the second third grade match.

In 1936, Jack was fortunate to be the replacement for Jack Morrison in the inaugural semi-final against the Easts (Roosters).
