Graham Herring joined Canterbury in 1970 as a second row forward.

Graham made a quick rise from third grade to receive the opportunity to play first grade against Parramatta as a replacement early in the season.

He became a regular member of the reserve grade team for four seasons, playing in the reserve grade Semi-Final against Balmain in 1970.

Graham played in the 1971 and 1972 Premiership winning reserve grade teams that played St George and in 1973, he played prop in the Semi-Final against Newtown.

Graham passed away in July 2014.
