Geoff Spotswood played six games for Western Suburbs between 1980 and 1984 in two stints as a prop forward.

In 1983, Geoff joined Canterbury and became a regular member of the reserve grade team. He received the opportunity to play first grade against Cronulla as a replacement.

Geoff played in the 1983 reserve grade Semi-Final against St George and in 1984, returned to Western Suburbs.
