Fa'amanu Brown joined the Bulldogs on a two-year deal after playing with the Cronulla Sharks for three seasons. 

Fa'amanu represented Samoa in the 2017 Rugby League World Cup. 

A utility player who has had most success at hooker, Fa'amanu made his NRL debut for the Bulldogs in 2018 against the Panthers in Round 3.

Fa'amanu played nine NRL games for the club, all spent in the dummy half position and was a member of the successful Intrust Super Premiership team in 2018. 

He scored a try in the club's round 16 win over the Newcastle Knights and during his 15 matches in the Intrust Super Premiership, scoring nine tries, came up with 31 tackle breaks, 12 line breaks and six try assists.

In 2019 after spending most of the season playing in the Canterbury Cup, Fa'amanu was released by the Bulldogs at the end of the season.
