Drury Low played his junior rugby league with Altona Roosters and Waverley Oakleigh Panthers,in the Melbourne Rugby League whilst being educated at Bayside Secondary College.

In his late teens was then selected to play for Canberra Raiders where he made his Toyota Cup debut scoring 2 tries against Parramatta. In 2009, he went on to making the Toyota Cup team of the year and win the Toyota Cup Premiership in the inaugural year.

In June 2010, Drury made his NRL debut scoring two tries against the New Zealand Warriors. He was picked for the Junior Kiwis in 2010.

In 2011, Drury played for the Souths Logan Magpies in the 2011 Queensland Cup.

In 2012, Drury joined the Bulldogs and made his first grade debut for the club in round one against North Queensland in 2013.

Drury left the Bulldogs at the end of the 2014 season.
