Braith Anasta joined the Bulldogs in 2000 as a lock forward.
Braith became a regular member of the Flegg team and received the opportunity to play in the NRL against Parramatta when Jason Hetherington was injured. He returned to the Flegg team to play in the Premiership winning game against Western Suburbs.
In 2001, Braith became a regular member of the NRL team as a five eighth and played in the Qualifying Semi-Final against St George Illawarra but missed the Semi-Final due to injury.
Braith was selected in the 2001 Kangaroo tour. He has played seven games for NSW from 2002 to 2006 and has played four Tests for Australia in 2001.
In 2002, Braith was a regular member of the team and became the youngest Bulldog player to captain the NRL team (20 years and 145 days). He captained the Bulldogs on seven occasions from 2002 to 2005.
In 2003, Braith was a regular member of the NRL team and played in the Preliminary Final against the Roosters.
In 2004, Braith played in the Premiership winning team against the Roosters at five eighth.
In 2004, Braith was nominated for the Berries to Bulldogs 70 Year Team of Champions.
In 2005, Braith was a regular member of the NRL team and in 2006, he joined the Roosters to play 16 games that season.
