Blake Green has previously played for Parramatta and Cronulla.
In August 2009 it was announced that Blake inked a two year deal with the Bulldogs, starting from the 2010 NRL season.
Blake has been touted as the future replacement for Bulldogs half back Brett Kimmorley.
While attending Westfields Sports High School he played for the Australian Schoolboys team in 2004.
He made his debut for the Bulldogs against St George Illawarra on March 19, 2010 where he slotted in as starting hooker after regular hooker Michael Ennis was suspended.
In October 2010, after 18 first grade games for the Bulldogs, Blake inked a two year deal with Hull KR in England.
