Ben Czislowski played one game for Brisbane in 2004 as a prop forward.
In 2005, Ben joined the Bulldogs and started the season in the NRL against St George Illawarra due to Willie Mason being injured. He was relegated when Reni Maitua returned from injury and became a regular member of the Premier League team where he played in the Qualifying Final against the Roosters.
In 2006, Ben was a regular member of the Premier League team, playing just one first grade game during the State of Origin Series.
Ben joined Wynnum Manly for season 2007.
