Bailey Biondi-Odo joined Canterbury in 2020, and in Round 16 of the 2021 season, made his first grade debut for the Club against Manly at Bankwest Stadium.

In Round 18 of the 2021 NRL season, he scored his first try in the NRL during Canterbury's 32–24 loss against the South Sydney Rabbitohs. 

During the 2022 NSW Cup Elimination Final against the Parramatta Eels, Bailey was taken off the field with an ACL injury, requiring a full reconstruction.

Bailey made 17 first-grade appearances for Canterbury, before joining the Townsville Blackhawks in 2024.
